Short Call
Earn up to $43.05 for giving simple advice to a question that takes up to 15mins.

Medium Call
Earn up to $86.10 for advice on a particular project or multiple questions that take up to 30mins.

Long Call
Earn up to $129.15 for a more complex project or helping to explain a few quotes that takes up to 45mins.

So how does it work?

Sign up
Fill out the contact form on our sign up page and Hayden will reach out to you for a quick chat and to understand your experience and certificates. We’ll then add you to the platform and share your login details, as well as send out a welcome pack.

Start taking calls
Once you’re onboarded, you can sign in to the platform on your laptop and see available calls that match your skills and experience. You’ll see the notes of what kind of help they need from the messaging chat history. Some calls will be quick for smaller jobs, some may need more time if it’s more complex.

Keep earning
Earn as little or as much as you like based on how many calls you’re able to take a week. You’ll be able to track your earnings in your dashboard and we’ll send you your earnings on a fortnightly basis.

Click the link above to register and fill out the form. Hayden will then reach out to you with a few questions by email including asking you to share a copy of your certificates. Once you’re approved we’ll then set you up on the platform and send you the walk through video to show you how everything works (it’s very simple don’t worry) and a welcome kit (including sweet OMA t-shirt. Now you’re ready to roll but don’t worry you’re not alone once you get going, we’ll add you to our Tradie Whatsapp group so we can stay in touch with how you’re finding it.

All you need is a laptop with a decent webcam and a strong internet connection, we’ll send you the rest to get you setup and feeling like one of the team.

Yes, it’s as simple as that. You get to sit there and chat to every day Aussies who need a bit of help and may not be that handy themselves. We offer a notes tool within the platform to share with the caller should you need to write something down for them but beyond that, you just chat.

It’s totally up to you. You can work as many or as little as you like.

So you’re keen to keep your team members busy while waiting for a job? No worries, get them to sign up through our sign up page and you’ll be able to add them to your account just like you would normally subcontract them.

We charge on a per minute basis so once signed up and taking calls, you’ll be able to see how many many minutes you’ve spent providing advice and we’ll pay you the total you accrue fortnightly.

Yes, you’ll need to have a current ABN so we can sign you up and pay you for your time similar to how an uber driver gets paid.

Yes you can work whenever suits you. However, you may find there are a larger volume of available customers outside of office hours when they’re at home and considering their projects.

It will vary. Some will be needing some help to fix a blocked drain, some might need your advice on their electrical bills, and others might have a few quotes that they’d like a trusted opinion on. The good news is that no two calls will be the same.
